Floor Tenax SFR: Włóknocementowy mikrobeton (HPFRC)

Floor Tenax SFR: Włóknocementowy mikrobeton (HPFRC)

Floor Tenax SFR Floor Tenax SFR is a pourable, plastic/fluid fast-hardening mortar, usable for smoothing and repairs with a subtle thickness (from 4 mm to 20 mm) of deteriorated flooring and for the structural repairs of reinforced concrete with increased ductility. The formulation contains ultra-fine high-strength cements, microsilica compounds with pozzolanic activity, rational granular aggregate composition curve (0.1–1.8 mm), special additives and Readymesh MR-060 brass-plated metal microfibres. The special shape coefficient and particular surface conformation of this fibre confer to the artefact on which it is applied an exceptional reduction in hygrometric shrinkage, the dissipation of tension upon heavy stresses and high thermal conductivity. The product mixes with very low water/binder ratios (<0.32). Floor Tenax SFR has a workability time of approximately >120 minutes, after which the gripping process is triggered followed by a progressive hardening. The hygrometric shrinkage is extremely limited, guaranteeing volumetric stability to restoration carried out. The performances that make Floor Tenax SFR unique are: • resistance to dynamic stress, • fatigue resistance, fracture energy, toughness and resistance to post-breaking strain, • very high mechanical compression strength (> 95 MPa at 28 days), • very high mechanical tensile and bending strength (> 15 MPa at 28 days), • excellent durability and resistance to chemical attacks. Recommended maximum thickness: 25 mm (flooring) 50 mm (casting in formwork) Minimum recommended thickness: 5 mm (flooring) 25 mm (casting in formwork). Floor Tenax SFR is used in in structural reinforcements and repair of deteriorated floorings with limited thickness (typical applications in the range 8 - 20 mm), characterised by high performance in terms of deformation, resistance and anti-cracking resistance. The main application fields are: • repair of industrial concrete floors with walkability allowed after approximately 24 hours from casting and drive over allowed after 48-72 hours depending on the temperature at the time of application • repair of joints in industrial flooring; • laying and fixing of manhole covers; • reinforcement of floors with the low thickness estradossal hood technique; • any kind of structural repair and restoration performed with casting within formwork such as for example the cladding of pilates and beams; in this case the maximum recommended thickness can be up to 40-50 mm (for higher thicknesses we recommend the addition of Ghiaietto 6.10 with addition percentages that can vary from 20 to 40%; in these cases ask our service technical advice on the correct addition percentages). • regularization of radiant flooring substrates with coatings starting from 5 mm thick (recommended thickness from 5 to 10 mm), characterized by high values of thermal conductivity and reduction of shrinkage. Application surfaces must be clean, free of dust, contamination, crumbling, inconsistencies, etc., and adequately saturated-surface-dry with water. Approximately 21 kg/m² of Floor Tenax SFR for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 2100 kg per cubic metre). Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit of Measure: €/kg
Readymesh MF-500: Włókna stalowe strukturalne do podłóg betonowych

Readymesh MF-500: Włókna stalowe strukturalne do podłóg betonowych

Readymesh MF-500 "Carbon steel fibres, obtained by the cutting of metal wire, with improved adhesion profile, for three-dimensional general structural reinforcement of cement-based conglomerates. The addition of Readymesh MF-500 significantly increases the mechanical performance of the structure in terms of toughness, ductility, fatigue, dynamic stress, shock, wear, tensile and shear strength and even post-cracking and damage behaviour." General preparation of fibre-reinforced concrete and structural sprayed concrete (e.g. shotcrete). Particularly suitable for high strength industrial flooring and prefabrication. "Readymesh MF-500 fibres must be added to the concrete during mixing. It is recommended to pour the fibres directly onto the loading belt of the concrete mixer during the loading of the aggregates. Alternatively, it is possible to add them directly into the mixer after loading the concrete. In this case, add the fibres a little at a time so that they are well-distributed in the cement mix and extend the mixing time by at least one minute for every 20 kg of fibres added in order to achieve optimal distribution. Conglomerates with Readymesh MF-500 can be easily transported and used with pumps, joiners, vibratory finishing machines, roadway extruders (e.g. slipform paver), etc.". Variable according to the type of work to be carried out and/or performance to be achieved. Packaging: 20 kg bag Unit of Measure: €/kg

Caleosana : Izolacyjny, makroporowaty, osuszający, zapobiegający kondensacji tynk

Caleosana A plaster for interiors and exteriors that is macroporous, in respect of green building standards, with high thermal insulation and anti-condensation performance, having a base of natural hydraulic lime NHL 3.5, siliceous aggregates, metakaolin, granular expanded silica with an extremely high volume of interconnecting voids and a low elastic modulus. Its particular characteristics make it suitable for dehumidification, for heat and humidity treatments on buildings and walls, in ecological building operations and in the restoration of historical buildings and monuments. Caleosana does not contains traces of resins, solvents or radioemissive aggregates. Vintage and new construction masonries subject to rising damp, condensation, mildew. Recommended mainly for thermo-insulating anti-condensation rehabilitation of internal perimetral masonry and underground areas in general. Removal of degraded plaster up to the ceiling. Cleaning the resulting supports, including the removal of salt deposits; thorough dedusting and saturation with water, to obtain the condition "saturated with dry surface". In the presence of salt efflorescence brush thoroughly and spray the saline inhibitor Sanareg. If necessary, to increase plaster adhesion, apply a breathable anchoring scratch coat made with the specific lime-based preparation Untersana. Prepare the plaster by adding Caleosana to the mixing water, continue to mix until the desired mixture and the complete elimination of lumps is obtained. Apply with float and trowel or plastering pump. It is recommended to apply a minimum thickness of cm 2.5. Regularisation of the plastered surfaces with Sanastof lime-based ecological building fine mortar. Untersana rendering, applied by "spraying", must provide a rough, corrugated surface, designed to promote the bonding of the subsequent plaster, which must be applied no later than 2-3 days. For thicknesses greater than 2.5 cm, to improve the anti-cracking capacity, ensure the Armaglass 160 mesh is inserted. Protect fresh surfaces from direct exposure to the sun, the rain and the wind, cure the prolonged moist hardening. Approximately 9 kg/m² of Caleosana for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 900 kg per cubic metre). Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit of Measure: €/kg
Proseal fix: Kartridż klejowy do hydroekspansywnych krawężników

Proseal fix: Kartridż klejowy do hydroekspansywnych krawężników

Proseal fix Permanently elastic, modified silane-based polymeric adhesive for sealing gaskets, joints and curbs, of both bentonitic (e.g. Clayseal 25.20, Clayseal 25.20 SW) and hydro-expansive rubber (e.g. Sealgum 20.05), for waterproofing cast elements. The adhesive is a substitute for the more traditional nailing of sealants. "Proseal Fix allows concrete casting even only a few hours after curb laying due to rapid adhesion and effectiveness even when the concrete surface is wet. The use of Proseal Fix renders sealing curb nailing completely unnecessary. Proseal Fix guarantees fast and secure fixing and hydraulic seal after casting even when the curb laying surface is not perfectly smooth or flat or the curb is vertical." Realization of rigid (non-expansive) casts and secure, permanent hydraulic sealing connections, for example, between foundation slabs and rising walls in underground structures. "Make sure the curb laying surface is not crumbling, inconsistent, dirty, powdered or contaminated with traces of oils or grease. The laying site may not be perfectly flat as long as the curbing can follow the form of any inhomogeneities to allow perfect adhesion to the support (e.g. no edges, wedges). If the surface features excessive inhomogeneities, correct these with the thixotropic mortar Repar Tix before laying the curb." "Using a common cartridge dosing gun, distribute a suitable amount of product along the portion of curb to be laid. One Proseal Fix cartridge is enough to fix approximately 8 to 10 metres of curb. Optimal adhesion is achieved when the entire contact surface is covered before laying the curb. After applying the adhesive, position the curb on the laying surface and hold in place for a few seconds. Ideally, concrete casting should be performed at least one day after the curb has been laid. In cases of urgency, however, after a few hours (at least 4) the adhesion is sufficient to proceed with the casting." Approximately 0.15 cartridges of Proseal Fix for every linear metre of bentonite or hydro-expansive rubber waterstop to be bonded. Packaging: Cartridge of 290 cc Unit of Measure: €/piece
Beltseal: Uszczelka hydroekspansywna do rur PVC w murze betonowym

Beltseal: Uszczelka hydroekspansywna do rur PVC w murze betonowym

Beltseal Beltseal is a gasket “belt” produced with a special hydro-expansive rubber that reacts upon coming into contact with water that increases its initial volume. Thanks to its geometry, Beltseal is very quickly applied directly to PVC piping without additional processing. It hermetically seals any discontinuities that could easily be found in the concrete due to the presence of PVC conduit pipes. In many cases, such discontinuities could pass from one side of the masonry to the other and thus seriously compromise the waterproofing of the masonry itself. There are three sizes available which are respectively suitable for diameter pipes: 70/90 mm, 110/125 mm and 160/200 mm. The hydroexpansive capacity of Beltseal has been laboratory tested with two different types of water: demineralised and with a highly basic pH (to simulate conditions in contact with concrete). Expansion tests showed a respective change in volume of 300% and 250%. For underground concrete constructions with conduit pipes, where the wall is in direct contact with the ground and where there are no layers of waterproofing outside the masonry itself: basements, cellars, underground garages, below-ground and cellar environments, etcetera. Position the Beltseal hydrofoam gasket centrally in respect of the length of the pipe (using one gasket per pipe). No. 1 Beltseal gasket for each conduit pipe to be sealed. Prerit Solution: Opóźniacz powierzchniowy do mytej kostki betonowej

Prerit Solution: Opóźniacz powierzchniowy do mytej kostki betonowej

Prerit Solution Set retarder in aqueous solution to be applied, using a low pressure airless pump, on fresh concrete surfaces, to allow removal by washing with water, a cortical layer a few millimetres thick, and then expose the aggregate forming the concrete. Specific for the realisation of floors with landscape/environmental value with the "washed gravel" technique. Surface gripping deactivator, in aqueous solution, to be diluted; based on polysaccharides, specific catalysers and antifoaming agents, allows for inhibiting the cement hydration reaction and slowing down the speed in gripping, only for a surface layer a few millimetres thick, without altering in any way the performance characteristics of the concrete flooring. Construction of concrete floors with a high aesthetic value with the technique of the "washed gravel" (extrados with "exposed" aggregates). Apply on site and float, with the usual methods, a packaged concrete on the basis of design and regulatory requirements. PRERIT must be used in pure form (without dilution). With the concrete still in "fresh" condition, apply by spraying the set retarder, in the amount determined in the preliminary tests, depending on the "washing" depth desired. Usually, for an inhibition depth up to 2-3 mm, the dose of the product is equal to about 100-150 g/m². Indicatively, after a time between 2 and 24 hours, remove the delayed superficial cement paste, with pressure wash from 120 to 200 bar, displaying the surface gravel. The washing times and pressures depend on the climatic conditions in which the work is being carried out, the mix design of the concrete and other variables. Do preliminary tests to better calibrate these important parameters. From 0.10 to 0.15 kg of Prerit Solution for every square metre of surface to be deactivated. Packaging: 5 kg can UM: €/kg
Protech Balcony WV: Przezroczysta wodna niefilmowa wodoszczelność dla tarasów i balkonów

Protech Balcony WV: Przezroczysta wodna niefilmowa wodoszczelność dla tarasów i balkonów

Protech Balcony WV A solution based on special silane and siloxane resins in aqueous dispersion, being highly penetrating and transparent (colourless) for quickly, effectively and economically waterproof balconies, tiled terraces, concrete roofing, external stairs, and so on, without removing or impacting upon on the existing flooring. It does not change the appearance of the substrate on which it is applied nor alter its original degree of lubricity or breathability to water vapour. Application is swift, without requiring specialised labour or professional equipment. The treated flooring will be usable only 2 hours after application. Applying Protech Balcony WV is quick and easy – simply use a brush on clean and dry surfaces to resolve any seepage problems. The active substance penetrates quickly and deeply into the grouting, any cracks and porous points of the substrate. Upon contact with air, it causes a polymerisation reaction that perfectly and deeply seals and waterproofs every imperfection it encounters. The specific reactive polymerised siloxane molecule is stable over time and does not labilise. In accordance with the data sheet, the effectiveness of the product applied is normally more than 10 years on surfaces not subject to dynamic movements or structural and/or seismic damage. Should any new gaps or cracks appear after the first application of Protech Balcony WV, they can be easily resolved with a second application of the product. Given its intrinsically non-film nature, the product does not suffer damage, tear, crack, detach, deteriorate nor will it yellow over time due to the effects of UV rays (as naturally happens with epoxy and/or polyurethane treatments). The grouting treated with Protech Balcony WV is protected from mould, moss, lichen and other biodeterioration organisms. Rapid waterproofing of balconies, terraces, stairs, tiled surfaces, concrete and natural stone products, without having to demolish the existing flooring. It can also be used on vertical surfaces particularly exposed to weather and atmospheric conditions (tiles, plaster, exposed brick, etc.). The surfaces on which it is applied must be clean, free of stains, loose and crumbly parts, dust, and so on. If there are any joints between the tiles, they must be properly treated with a suitable acidic or alkaline detergent. To this end, we recommend the specific acid detergent Deterg-A, diluted with water at a ratio of 1:4. Rinse off the treated surfaces with running water. Any fragile and crumbly joints that have been removed, must be restored with cementitious putty offering high adhesion and deformability. To this end, we recommend using the specific waterproof and deformable two-component putty Stucco Balcony. Allow for the necessary time to pass (1–2 days) to allow the grouting to dry before applying Protech Balcony WV. The expansion joints that may be present, including those relative to the line connecting the tiled paving and the outer edge beam (normally made of granite or natural stone), will normally have to be sealed with high-elasticity polymeric materials. To this end, we recommend sealing with Protech Flex, supported by the installation of Filtene Fondogiunto and the particular polyurethane Protech Flex Primer. Pour small amounts of the product at a time then spread evenly across the entire surface with a rubberised brush or rubber blade until the substrate is complete impregnated with the waterproofing. Using a long bristle brush or sponge, apply Protech Balcony WV with particular care in the less accessible and most challenging areas (edges, skirting boards, corners, thresholds, hatches, fireplaces, drains, etc.). Allow the product to penetrate for at least 60 minutes. Remove excess product from all treated surfaces using a cloth wet with water. The average product consumption is around 0.15 kilograms/square metre of surface to be waterproofed, varying depending on the absorption of the substrate and the size of any joints. Normally, 1 kilogram of Protech Balcony WV is enough to treat surfaces from 5 to 10 square metres. Approximately 0.15 kilograms of Protech Balcony WV per square metre of surface to be treated – consumption may vary depending on the porosity of the substrate. Packaging: 2-liter can UM: €/l

The formulation contains ultra-fine, highly resistant cements, microsilicas with pozzolanic activity, aggregates in a rational granulometric curve (0.1÷5.0 mm), special additives and Readymesh MM-150 carbon steel fibers. The particular morphology of this fiber gives the applied product an exceptional reduction in hygrometric shrinkage, the dissipation of efforts in the case of heavy stresses and high compressive and flex-tensile strengths. The product is mixed with very low water/binder ratios (<0.32). The special formulation of Floor Q SFR allows a fluid plastic rheology without bleeding and segregation, giving the repairs carried out: mechanical resistance, fracture energy, exceptional durability and very high chemical-physical resistance. Floor Q SFR has a workability time of approximately 120 minutes, after which the setting process is triggered followed by progressive hardening. The hygrometric shrinkage is extremely low, guaranteeing volumetric stability to the restoration carried out. The performances that make Floor Q SFR unique are: • resistance to dynamic stress, • fatigue resistance, fracture energy, toughness and resistance to post-rupture load, • very high compressive strength (> 95 MPa after 28 days), • very high mechanical flexural strength (> 14 MPa after 28 days), • excellent durability and resistance to chemical attacks. Minimum recommended thickness: 25 mm (flooring) 50 mm (formwork casting). Floor Q SFR is used in structural reinforcement and in the repair of deteriorated floors with overlays characterized by high performance in terms of deformation capacity and anti-cracking resistance. The main fields of application are: • repair of deteriorated industrial floors with reconstruction of the thickness of the concrete removed by milling (classic application thicknesses from 25 to 50 mm), set on for foot traffic after about 12-20 hours after casting and suitable for traffic after 36-48 hours depending on the ambient temperature 'deed of application; • repair of industrial floor joints; • reinforcement of floors with the low thickness extradossal capping technique (minimum thickness 25 mm); • installation and fixing of manhole covers; • any kind of repair and structural restoration carried out with castings in formwork such as, for example, the cladding of pillars and beams; in this case the maximum recommended thickness can reach up to 60-100 mm (for higher thicknesses we recommend the addition of Ghiaietto 6.10 with addition percentages that can vary from 20 to 40%; in these cases ask our technical service for advice on the correct addition percentages); • regularization of radiant floor substrates with fillers starting from 25 mm. The substrate must be prepared by mechanical scarification or hydroscarification for a depth of no less than 5 mm. Scarifying the substrate is an absolutely necessary operation to ensure good adherence of the applied coating. In the case of substrates that are not rough enough, insert connectors or prime the surface with epoxy resins for construction joints such as Syntech RGS or Syntech Pavisheer. In the case of localized patches or repairs, cut the contours at right angles with an angle grinder. The support must not have traces of oils, greases, detergents, protective coatings in general or other substances that could compromise the adhesion of the grout to the support. The support must be healthy, clean, rough, without loose parts or dust (suction under strong depression with suitable equipment for all dust and debris) with tensile strength > 1 N/mm2. Wash the surface with pressurized water and saturate the substrate with water before applying, eliminating any excess water on the surface before applying the grout. Approximately 21 kilograms/square metre of Floor Q SFR per centimetre of thickness to be achieved (approximately 2100 kilograms per cubic metre). Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit of Measure: €/kg

Floor Level SFR: Włóknowo-wzmocniony samopoziomujący się zaprawa do szlifowania płaskich podłoży

Floor Level SFR: Włóknowo-wzmocniony samopoziomujący się zaprawa do szlifowania płaskich podłoży

Floor Level SFR Floor Level SFR is a self-levelling modified-polymer cement mortar having fibre-reinforcement with Readymesh MR-060, offering accelerated grip and fast hardening. Applied prior to laying the flooring, it is perfect for levelling at thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 25 mm so as to adapt to any type of covering. The perfect pourability, fluidity and self-levelling properties of the mortar facilitate the coating operations, to quickly attain perfect planarity. By casting the product on the substrate and helping to spread the self-levelling product with a putty knife, the resulting surface is perfectly smooth thanks to the fine granulometry of the silica aggregate (with a maximum size of 0.5 mm). Floor Level SFR is additivated with shrinkage reducers-compensators and fibre-reinforced with the special steel microfibres of Readymesh MR-060 that confer the important levelling resistance to flexotraction, ductility and fracture energy and is designed for particularly stressed areas of application. As an additive, Floor Level SFR has a special high-flexibility powder adhesive that ensures the product bonds to various media without affecting the self-levelling characteristics and breathability to water vapour. The swift development of mechanical resistors ensures the immediate progression of construction operations and walkability just a few hours after application (approximately 4-5 hours at 20° C). Fast drying means the floor coverings and finishing operations can be applied sooner – always checking the moisture content of the hardened mortar with a calcium carbide hygrometer or electrical hygrometer and bearing in mind that the latter provides merely indicative values that should be calibrated on the product in advance. Floor Level SFR can be used to shave uneven substrates to be levelled then subsequently covered with various types of flooring (ceramic tiles, marble, wood, plastic material, and so on), especially in cases where speed of execution is required and the finished flooring needs high resistance to static loads and to dynamic stresses on the finished floor. Some substrate examples include: • concrete slabs and cement screeds; • heated floors; • existing concrete flooring, terrazzo tiles, natural stones, magnesite. • existing ceramic flooring with the substrates subject to priming with two-component Syntech RGS resin (consumption approximately 1.2 kilograms/m2) and casting of Floor Level SFR on wet resin. The surfaces on which the product is to be applied must be cleaned of dust, free from contamination, paints, loose and crumbly parts, and so on. Adopt effective mechanical measures to remove residues that could impact upon product adhesion. On media with standard absorption, slightly wet the substrate with water to clean the surface and favour the bonding of Floor Level SFR. If the substrate is particularly absorbent, weak and crumbly or whereby it is not possible to slightly wet, prime the surfaces with the special aqueous resin dispersion Bond Plus, preferably spreading the product with a rigid-bristle brush to promote penetration into the base. In all cases where surfaces are primed with Bond Plus, the application of Floor Level SFR must take place “wet-on-wet” immediately after the first priming — with a consumption of Bond Plus at about 200 grams/square metres. On non-absorbent, vitrified, ceramised bases – such as ceramic or klinker tiles – prime surfaces with the bicomponent Syntech RGS resin (with a consumption of 1.2 kilograms/m2) and apply Floor Level SFR onto the resin whilst still fresh. Floor Level SFR is pumpable but, since the product has accelerated grip, the casting must be continuous and without interruption (with the pump to be entirely emptied before any stoppage to the pumping lasting more than 10 minutes). Mix with a triple-helix paddle with a high rotational count or with a vertical axis mixer. Put 2/3 of the total water for the mixture into the mixer, gradually adding the product and the remaining water, stirring for about 2–3 minutes until obtaining a homogeneous mixture with castable consistency. The mixture must contain from 18% to 20% water by weight (from 4.5 litres to 5.0 litres per 25-kilogram bag). Strain the mixture thus obtained onto the substrate and spread with a rubber blade, standard metal putty knife or toothed trowel (angled to obtain the desired thickness). Thanks to its perfect self-levelling characteristics, Floor Level SFR immediately fills the grooves left by the toothed trowel and eliminates small imperfections caused by its passage (trowel markings). Finish the adjustment and smoothing operations within 20 minutes. The product has accelerated grip and hardening, meaning there should be no pause between mixing and application. The product cures in around 45 minutes and is walkable after a few hours. Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit: €/kg

Grout Garden: Szybko wiążący zaprawa cementowa, którą można układać bez mieszania

Grout Garden: Szybko wiążący zaprawa cementowa, którą można układać bez mieszania

Grout Garden Quick-setting cementitious mortar for assembling and fixing fence posts, rotating clothesline, etc…, in holes made in the ground… without mixing with a drill, whisk, cement mixer or other. Suitable for mounting and fixing fence posts, rotating clothesline, etc ..., in holes made in the ground without mixing with a drill, whisk, cement mixer or other. For the installation of the rapid mortar it is necessary to dig a sufficiently large hole or trench. The ground in which the hole will be made must be stable and well compacted. Before processing, the side and floor surfaces must be pre-wetted, avoiding the formation of puddles. The dry mix should be applied in layers of about 10-15 cm. With a hand watering can you can wet and compact the mortar with a trowel, considering a water requirement of about 3-3.5 liters for each 25 kg bag of Grout Garden. As soon as the water has completely penetrated into the mortar, we will proceed with the laying of another 10-15 cm layer, repeating the operation. Compact and smooth the surface of the mortar as well as possible. Depending on the temperature of the air and the environment, the hardening of the product will start after about 5 minutes. After about 1 hour, the hardened mortar can be drilled with a drill to fix any poles or signs. Complete hardening, like all cementitious materials, will be obtained after about 28 days. Approximately 19 kg / m² of Grout Garden for each centimeter of thickness to be created (approximately 1900 kg per cubic meter). Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit of Measure: €/kg

Readymesh MS-350: Wysokoadhezyjne włókna stalowe o długości 35 mm

Readymesh MS-350: Wysokoadhezyjne włókna stalowe o długości 35 mm

Readymesh MS-350 Carbon steel fibres, with a profile for improved adherence to the dimensional reinforcing, structural, of concretes in general. The addition of Readymesh MS-350 allows for considerably increasing the mechanical performance of the product in relation to tenacity, ductility and resistance to fatigue, the resistances to the dynamic stresses, the mechanical tensile and bending behaviour, even post-crack, and resistance to impact and wear. Production of grouts and fibre-reinforced concretes in general, sprayed structural concretes (shotcrete). In addition, due to their contained length, the fibres Readymesh MS-350 are particularly suitable for the production of pre-cast blocks. The Readymesh MS-350 fibres will be added to the project concrete, during the mixing of the same. It is advisable to apply the fibres directly on the load tape in the concrete mixing plant, during the loading phase of the aggregates. Alternatively, you can insert them directly into the truck mixer at the end of the loading of the concrete. In this case, mixing should be extended for at least one minute for each m³ of packaged concrete in order to achieve optimum dispersion of the fibres themselves. The dosage of steel fibres may vary depending on the final use from a minimum of 15 kg/m³ to a maximum of 75 kg/m³. Conglomerates with Readymesh MS-350 can be easily transported and placed on site using pumps, shotcrete machines, pavers, road extruders (type "slip form paver") etc. ; the carbon steel fibres Readymesh MS-350 can be added to the mixture during both the packaging phase and when the mixture is ready. Variable according to the type of work to be carried out and/or performance to be achieved. Packaging: 20 kg bag Unit: €/kg
Grout iTop: Wylewany zaprawa strukturalna, która szybko osiąga maksymalną wydajność w ciągu 24 godzin

Grout iTop: Wylewany zaprawa strukturalna, która szybko osiąga maksymalną wydajność w ciągu 24 godzin

Grout iTop Grout iTOP is a high-performance, structural, expansive cement mortar to be cast for centimetric thickness in precision anchorages or for the construction and restoration of concrete structures. Grout iTOP complies with the requirements of the EN 1504/3 standard as a high-performance structural mortar (Class R4) and develops extensive resistance within the first 24 hours after application (>35 MPa). Grout iTOP is slightly expansive in both plastic and hardened phases whilst being resistant to aggressive environmental agents, thus protecting the reinforcements and minimising the risk of corrosion. The main features of Grout iTOP are: • The mix of super-fine high-strength binders combined with micronised silica having pozzolanic properties renders the mortar intrinsically impermeable to water and extremely durable against the most severe exposure environments (exposure classes XC = carbonation-induced corrosion, XF frost and thaw, XA chemical attack, XS and XD chloride-induced corrosion) at the end of the hardening process; • The strongly alkaline pH (> 12) protects the reinforcement bars from triggering corrosion; • The negligible breathability of the carbon dioxide ensures hardened mortars with extremely prevalent anti-carbonation characteristics; • If required or necessary, it is possible to add a 25 kg/m3 quantity of Readymesh MM-150 steel fibres to the Grout iTOP (300 grams per 25 kg bag of Grout iTOP)—for application thicknesses greater than 8 cm, 25% to 35% of Ghiaietto 6.10 can be added, being selected dried gravel with particle sizes from 6 to 10 mm, specifically for structural castable mortars, to improve the particle size curve on the basis of the increased casting thickness required; • A very high fluidity and flow capacity, being a decisive factor in ensuring all gaps are filled in the subplate anchorages and in thin foundation formworks; • Elevated mechanical characteristics both for short and long curing; • Great adhesion to concrete and steel. Grout iTOP is particularly suited to precision anchorages for steel pillars, turbines, compressors, alternators, frontal and horizontal furnaces, milling machines, planers, presses, port cleats, mills, wind turbines, rock cutting machines and machinery generally. In the road works sector, it is particularly apt for anchoring structural road joints and securing road safety barriers. The applicative surfaces must be clean, free from contamination or any loose or detached parts and dust, being sufficiently rough to permit good mechanical gripping between the surface and the Grout iTOP casting. Sufficiently saturate the foundation concrete with water for at least eight hours before pouring the casting mortar. Remove any surface water with sponges or air jets until it is “saturated with a dry surface”. An adequate roughening of the surfaces by scarifying, sandblasting etc. is always necessary in order to obtain the maximum adhesion values to the substrate. The optimal values are obtained with high pressure hydro-scarification. Bare the irons undergoing disruptive oxidation or deeply oxidized, removing the rust of the exposed irons (by sandblasting or abrasive brushes). Add two-thirds (about 2.5 litres per bag) of the total water into the concrete mixer, then gradually add Grout iTOP and the remaining water, stirring for 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture with the desired consistency and free of lumps is reached. Grout iTOP can be easily pumped, following proper mixing with the correct quantities of water (we do not recommend pumps with volumetric dosing of water in which the amount of liquid is not well defined and the product is quickly mixed into the pumping circuit). For elevated anchoring profiles, adding Ghiaietto 6.10 is recommended (see the relevant data sheet for more information). The application temperature is to be between +5° and +35° C. Abundantly disarm the formwork to prevent surface imperfections and the subtraction of mixture water (Grout iTOP is strongly adhesive and grips to the various media including wood and steel, if not properly unarmed). Given the self-levelling properties of the product and its self-compacting capacity, paying due attention to the vibration phase is recommended. Excessive zeal in the vibration operation can worsen the aesthetic rendering of the end result. Do not use in the absence of suitable lateral containments. Ensure exposed surfaces are protected and wet-cured. Adopt casting procedures to ensure the absence of voids and discontinuities. Only pour the mortar from one part of the casting perimeter to avoid air pockets. Approximately 19 kg/m² of Grout iTOP for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 1900 kg per cubic metre). Packaging: 25 kg bag UM: €/kg

Consilex No-Rust: Inhibitor korozji przez impregnację dla konstrukcji betonowych

Consilex No-Rust: Inhibitor korozji przez impregnację dla konstrukcji betonowych

Consilex No Rust Consilex No-Rust is a powerful non-toxic corrosion inhibitor, to be applied to the surfaces of concrete structures and which, thanks to its particular chemical nature, migrates within the conglomerate and deposits on its particular internal reinforcement substances that preserve their integrity over time, by inhibiting oxidation phenomena. Consilex No-Rust performs its function effectively based on the migration phenomenon, which allows it to deposit on the reinforcement of the treated structure of particular corrosion inhibiting agents, even applied to the outer surface of the structure itself! The particular formulation of Consilex No-Rust allows its effectiveness not to be compromised by the presence of high levels of chlorides in the conglomerate. Alternative nitrite-based products, indeed, in the presence of chlorides, they may even have a negative effect on the corrosion of the reinforcing rods. Consilex No-Rust, on the other hand, can be used effectively on concretes whose irons have already started to suffer corrosive effects and partial oxidation, also due to chlorides. Preventive protection of existing concrete structures, such as public works, road works, buildings, hydraulic works, etc. Thoroughly clean the support before applying the product, removing traces of fats, oils, dirt, incrustations, fouling, etc. Remove any paints, coatings, films or membranes that may be present on the surface: the product works by penetration, so it must come into direct contact with the surface of the concrete. Spray-apply on the surfaces to be treated. In the case of structures for which there is a risk that corrosion phenomena are already in progress, apply two coats. Allow the surface to dry for a few minutes after application. If you squirt the product accidentally on the glasses, paints, frames, etc., simply wash with abundant water. In case the treated surface should then be treated or coated with paint or other coatings, please note that a thin layer of inhibitor may be deposited on the surface. In this case, wash with plenty of water and carry out preliminary adhesion tests on the coating that you intend to use. In case the tests fail, proceed with hydrocleaning or slightly sanding to remove any residue. Carry out preliminary tests in this case as well. Apply from 0.15 to 0.35 kg of Consilex No-Rust per square metre of surface to be treated. Packaging: 25 kg can UM: €/kg

Deterg-A Concentrated solution of buffered acids, anionic and non-ionic surfactants with high biodegradability, for deep cleaning of substrates from various kinds of encrustations (lime, gypsum, calcareous concretions, saltpetre). To be applied after diluting with clean water according to the proportions indicated in the technical data sheet. The product attacks carbonate minerals, therefore pay particular attention to surfaces in marble, limestone, floors and lead polished stones, carrying out appropriate preventive assessments. Protect metal surfaces. Operations of saline removal and stabilisation, removal of deposits of lime, gypsum, saltpetre, mosses; deep cleaning of leakages and media in general. Particularly suitable as a detergent in waterproofing interventions with Protech Balcony. Dilute the product in water based on the nature and size of the incrustation and/or of salt fouling to be removed. Spread the solution with a spray or brush, or even by pouring directly on the fouling to be removed. Leave on for a few minutes. Wash the foam produced by the acid reaction with copious amounts of water . Deterg-A can be used in various dilution ratios: from pure (undiluted) up to one part of product in 10 parts of water. In preparation of the supports to be waterproofed with Protech Balcony, consider diluting the product 1:4, for a consumption of 400 g/m² of solution. In this case, the consumption of Deterg-A is about 1 litre of product to dilute per 10 sqm of tiled surface to be waterproofed. Do not apply on marble surfaces, terracotta, natural stone, polished lead floors and galvanised surfaces. It is a corrosive product, pay attention to the security fact sheet. Always wear gloves when handling. From 0.10 to 1.00 kg of Deterg-A per square metre of surface to be treated, based on the type of material and the porosity of the support. Recommended: 0.25 kg/m² of tiled surfaces. Packaging: 1 kg bottle UM: €/kg

Elatotex 250 Combi : Taśma wodoodporna z Hypalon, 25 cm, do spoin rozszerzeniowych

Elatotex 250 Combi : Taśma wodoodporna z Hypalon, 25 cm, do spoin rozszerzeniowych

Elatotex 250 combi Strap with high resilience and resistance, with an overall width of 25 cm, consisting of a special elastomeric layer in Hypalon, resistant to raging and wear and tear, for use in combination with the epoxy resins paste Syntech AS 21 or Syntech AS 31, for waterproofing watertight expansion joints in buildings, works and structures below the aquifer level or to ensure the water sealing of structural connections even off the ground. Specific applications for industrial or infrastructural use. The excellent adhesion with epoxy adhesives such as Syntech AS 21 (AS 31) is greatly improved thanks to the perforated edges that allow a collaboration between the lower layer and the upper layer of resin. SYNTECH AS epoxy fillers allow the gluing of the Elastotex 250 Combi strip on various types of substrates (see paragraph "Preparation of substrates") including pvc supports (see technical document "Adhesion test on pvc sheath"). The strip is flexible and deformable (even at low temperatures) and extremely resistant to traction, root aggression, atmospheric agents and many chemicals. It is easy to lay and this allows for quick, safe and non-hazardous applications for the applicator. Waterproofing expansion joints, including large ones, subject to considerable work movements, and of natural joints and fissures, also in conditions of hydraulic counter-thrust, in tunnels, silos, tanks, pools, basements, roofing, prefabricated coverings, road joints and hydraulic works in general. The concrete surfaces must certainly be free of incoherent parts, traces of grease, release agent, paints by sandblasting, shot peening, grinding or milling, followed by careful removal of dust. The cement conglomerates must have a minimum tensile strength of 1.5 N / mm2. The curing of the concrete must be at least 3 - 6 weeks depending on the climate. The metal surfaces must be perfectly clean and free from rust, calamine or lamination residues, by sandblasting or equivalent mechanical treatment followed by careful removal of dust (on metal surfaces pay maximum attention to the dew point). The polymeric surfaces must be roughened by sanding. Work areas, edges, etc. they must be delimited with adhesive tape. Mix the epoxy resin SYNTECH 21 (AS 31) thoroughly in the pre-determined amount as required (on average roughly 1 kg per meter). Spread the epoxy adhesive prepared as described above, on the sides of the joint to be waterproofed by toothed adhesive spreader, kept constantly clean, taking care to obtain uniformity of the thickness applied that must not be less than 2 mm. Unroll and apply the Elastotex 250 Combi strap, on the fresh adhesive spread, pressing it against the resin, stretching the ends by hand, taking care to avoid wrinkling and air bubbles, until the underlying resin leaks out from the holes on the strap. Apply with a metal filling knife a second layer (at least 2 mm) of Syntech AS 21 (AS 31) adhesive at the edges of the strap, already impregnated, in order to protect it permanently from accidental damage and to obtain certain monolithicity of the end to the support. For the joint between two adjacent straps, weld the end flaps for overlap and solder them using a special hot air welding machine. For additional security of the seal, a small layer of Syntech AS 21 (AS 31) should be applied on the heated flaps. The final system resistances will be reached after about 7 days after laying, but already after 24 hours at 20°C, values equal to 60-70% of the final performances can be obtained. In any case the performance after 24 hours will be much greater than those of a high quality concrete. 1 metre of Elastotex 250 Combi for each linear metre, being careful to overlap the rolls of approximately 5-10 cm in correspondence with the edges of the band to guarantee the permanent water tightness of the system. Consumption of epoxy resin for bonding about 1.5 kg / m. Packaging: Roll of 20 meters Unit of Measure: €/m

Microsil 90 biały: Wybrany i zagęszczony biały dym krzemionkowy

Microsil 90 Bianco Selected white silica fume for the production of high density and high performance conglomerates (waterproofness, chemical stability, mechanical strength etc.), for packaging sulphate-resistant, anti-leaching mortars, plasters, grouts and concretes. Microsil 90 Bianco consists of high purity (greater than 90%) silica fumes, selected, processed and bagged. Silica fume, the only component of Microsil 90 Bianco, is created spontaneously during the production of silicon steel (special and limited production). For all intents and purposes, therefore, silica fume is nothing more than particles of SiO₂ released during machining processes of silicon metal and iron-silicon alloys, in the form of very fine powder with vitreous structure. These micro-granules, purified and selected, have a variable size between 0.01 and 1 μm, therefore much finer than cement granules, and are characterised by very high pozzolanic reactivity. Silica fume has been used now for over than 40 years all over the world for the fundamental improvement of rheological and performance characteristics of concretes, mortars and special plasters where they are introduced. Production of sulphate-resistant, sulphate-resistant, anti-leaching mortars, plasters, grouts and concretes, high performance in terms of watertightness, mechanical resistance, chemical resistance etc., in the realisation of civil engineering and hydraulic structures and works in marine, mountain, urban atmospheres etc. Microsil 90 Bianco must be poured into a concrete mixer subsequently to other solid components of the mixture: cement and aggregates. After mixing for about 30 - 45" add the mixing water, where possible with the addition of Fluid S, continue to mix until a strictly homogeneous mixture is obtained. Prepare test mixtures in order to determine the most suitable mix. Packaging: 20 kg bag UM: €/kg
Fluid Cable: Proszek dodatek do przygotowania wysokowydajnych zapraw płynnych do iniekcji

Fluid Cable: Proszek dodatek do przygotowania wysokowydajnych zapraw płynnych do iniekcji

Fluid Cable Fluid Cable is a powder product that is added to cement to obtain, after mixing with a very small amount of water, injection fluid grouts that are free of bleeding and with no shrinkage. The cement grouts obtained by adding the Fluid Cable additive provide high sliding values, high mechanical strength, protection from "stress corrosion" and exceptional adhesion to iron, thus making them ideal for filling cable sheaths subjected to post-tensioning and for the structural strengthening of soils, concretes, and uneven or unstable hollow masonry through low pressure injection. The product contains no chlorides or metal expansives. The physical-chemical action of Fluid Cable allows you to obtain performances not possible with conventional mixtures. From a chemical and physical-mechanical point of view the following advantages are obtained: • Great fluidity with the lowering of the water/cement ratio. • Water retention and mixing stabilisation such as to eliminate bleeding, segregation and to allow high cohesion. • Shrinkage compensation with an induced expansion in the range from 250 to 400 microns/metre; no cracks in the filling volume; perfect filling of structural discontinuities. • Preservation of reinforcements in aggressive environments and increased adherence to steel. • Extended workability times. • Increased mechanical strength compared to those of the initial cement; the mechanical strength values will obviously depend on the reactivity and the type of cement used. Fluid Cable meets the requirements contained in the standard EN 934-4 prospectus T2 and has the CE marking relative to additives for mortar for pre-stressing cables. The values obtained, in accordance with UNI EN 934-4, with CEM I cement type, strength class 42.5, in compliance with EN 197/1 are in "Technical specifications". Indicative mechanical strengths adding 6% of Fluid Cable to different Portland Cements: o PTL 52.5: values => at 25 N/mm2 at 24 h and at > = 65 N/mm2 after 28 days; o PTL 42.5: values => at 20 N/mm2 at 24 hours and at > = 50 N/mm2 after 28 days. o PTL 32.5: values => at 15 N/mm2 at 24 hours and at > = 40 N/mm2 at 28 days. The setting times are longer than the normal setting values of the cement used, but obviously they are conditioned by the type of cement and by the varying climatic and environmental conditions. In general, it can be stated that the setting times are about 20% -25% longer than the setting times of the cements used. Mix from 4 to 6 kg of Fluid Cable additive with 100 kg of hydraulic binder to obtain a fluid grout that can be used in the following fields of applications. • Filling of cable sheaths subjected to post-tensioning and of sheaths or cavities for anchor rods. • Permeation and strengthening of porous or loose conglomerates. • Sealing or strengthening of gravel or cement conglomerates. • Sealing of cracks in cement, masonry, and rock conglomerates. • Large-scale strengthening injections on masonry structures. Add Fluid Cable directly into the mixer, about 4-6% in weight with respect to the mixture binder (4-6 kg of product per 100 kg of hydraulic binder). The dosage of mixture water must be drastically reduced compared to classic water-cement grout: the correct use values, for an injectable consistency, are between 30% and 38% in weight with respect to the hydraulic binder, bearing in mind the rule that the finer the cement, the more water is needed. The loading sequence in the mixer, kept in continuous motion, is as follows (the indicative dosages of each component to obtain about 70 litres of injection grout are in brackets): • Water (25 litres) • Fluid Cable (6 kg) • Hydraulic binder (100 kg) • Then gradually add the remaining water. Add extra water, if strictly necessary, and proceed with mixing until you obtain a homogeneous lump-free fluid grout that is injectable without superficial bleeding. Use suitable mechanical mixers and mix for at least 5-6 minutes. The mixing time can be reduced to 2-3 minutes if turbomixers or high speed mixers are used. Temperature of use from +5°C to +35°C. At temperatures close to the lower limit of use, mix with warm water (40°C). In strengthening operations, it is always advisable to saturate the cavities or conglomerates with water (to be performed a few hours before the grout is injected, avoiding any excess water on the surface) to prevent the substrates absorbing water from the mixture before it hardens. Avoid using brackish water or water containing chlorides. Do not store the bags in wet or damp environments; PROTECT FROM HUMIDITY. The product has an acid-base reaction: adopt the same precautions for when using cements and limes (wear protective gloves, goggles and clothing to avoid contact with alkaline dust that can cause irritation). Do not use the contents of open bags if you notice agglomeration of the powder. Add from 4 to 6 kg of Fluid Cable for every 100 kg of hydraulic binder. Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit of Measure: €/kg
